STRUCTURAL ELEMENTSIt starts with a full fully engineered and welded steel sub floor chassis running the entire length of the building. RHS Dura Gal steel joists are then attached to the chassis to complete all steel sub floor. Treated sheet flooring and composite eco decking are glued and screwed to the joists to complete the base structure. Treated timber is also used for all framing elements including, wall studs, roof trusses, rafters, beams, and posts. | CLADDING OPTIONS External cladding options available along with gable/skillion roof designs, carports, garages, and pergolas as required. | THERMAL EFFICIENCY Argon filled double glazed windows and sliding door units are standard along with roof, wall, and sub floor insulation. Quality inverter split systems, ceiling fans and window coverings are standard with external awning upgrades available. |

Preliminary pricing is a GUIDE only, until such time as your specific site location, ground conditions and final build requirements are finalised. In the meantime, if you find a floor plan that may suit, we can customize it as required and forward a DRAFT estimate including delivery, ancillary site works, and connections, all subject to final details. Upon receiving a copy of your secured agreement and site plan, we can forward a more formal and detailed quote. To proceed, we forward a formal agreement with terms and conditions and a progressive payment structure. Once you have checked the details and returned the signed document along with the first payment, we can order materials and schedule works and commence construction in earnest, with an estimated 16 week build time.
